Long's School of Music (hereafter referred to as "we") treats your info as if it were our own. We use a variety of security technologies to make sure that your information stays protected. We hate spam. We don't make a habit of sending emails to you other than emails directly related to products/services that you have purchased from us. But if at any time you would like to stop receiving emails from us, just respond to one of the emails and request to not receive any further and we will honor your request. We don't sell, give, or lend your information to any third parties except for analytics purposes (like Google Analytics and the like), when we are required to do so by law, in certain cases with your permission (such as for testimonials), when needed in order to provide you with goods and/or services you purchase, and to bill you for goods and/or services that you purchase.
Our Refund Policy:

We strive to sell quality goods that are exactly as advertised. Occasionally, things beyond our control cause problems. Refund requests are considered on an individual basis within 14 days of the delivery of goods. Please contact us immediately (preferably via email) if you have a problem with items you have purchased and we will attempt to remedy the situation. If we are unable to do so and you would like to request a refund, let us know, and if it is granted, you will be provided with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions for returning the merchandise.
